In an apparent effort to solve the homeless crisis that’s plaguing California, activists have decided that a multi-billion dollar city funded by American taxpayers is the best option.
The activist group is designing a $3 billion project to house the homeless in California, which contains dorm-style housing, neighborhood tv, and underground tunnels.
